Q1:
If you are running Windows Vista, you may encounter the following error:
"Error: MOOJO Toolbar cannot be start. You must have Administrator Privileges in order to use this program.
A:
On the Internet Explorer shortcut: Right-Click and select Properties, in the "Shortcut" tab, click "Advanced…" button. Check "Run as administrator", then click "Ok" button. Then open the Internet Explorer again and right click the IE toolbar area. Select "MOOJO Horoscope Toolbar". The Toolbar will be shown now.
Q2:
I have installed the MOOJO Horoscope Toolbar, but it didn't show up in my browser?
A:
MOOJO Horoscope Toolbar only compatible on Internet Explorer version 6 or up. You may select View and then Tools, and see if there is checked on Moojo Horoscope Toolbar entry. If there is not tick sign besides, please check the Moojo Horoscope Toolbar entry and it will show up.
Q3:
I do not wish to receive email updates and newsletter from MOOJO
A:
You may uncheck the statement for receiving email updates under Options -> Edit Profile. Your preference will be updated and we will no longer send you the email newsletter.
Q4:
How do I uninstall the MOOJO Horoscope Toolbar?
A:
You may go to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs. Select MOOJO Horoscope Toolbar and click Remove. The MOOJO Horoscope Toolbar uninstaller will then be called out to perform the un-installation.
Q5:
I would like to set default to view different horoscope, what should I do?
A:
You can go to Options -> Edit Profile to change the birth date. The MOOJO Horoscope Toolbar is based on the date specified at the profile to display the default horoscope (Zodiac) message.

How do I customize the Search Engine in the Toolbar?
A:
1. Click Edit Search Engine List


2. Use the Left/Right cursors to move the Search Engine into/out from the Active List. Pop, Ringtone and Google search are sponsored search engines. Use Up/Down cursors to change the display sequence of the search engine list.
